Mario Introia

Born in Italy, Mario Introia is an independent filmmaker, producer, and experienced lecturer who uses documentary as a tool for memory and the transmission of knowledge and history. He has traveled extensively — from the savannas of East Africa and the Amazon rainforest to the Arctic, where he accompanied the Sami people on one of the last great reindeer migrations — and has directed around twenty documentaries. In recent years he has focused on his homeland Italy, producing Bella Italia, Splendeurs de l'Italie, and now this third chapter.
