Anders Knudsen, known from Dør nr. 13 and as a former lead singer of London-based band The Delanies, is the driving force behind the ambitious music project 2030: A Christmas Odyssey — a modern Christmas album released as ten annual singles leading up to 2030. Politiken has described it as a 'mastodont project', and it has garnered international attention with placements on more than 100 Spotify playlists and airplay on American college radio stations.
This year's Christmas single, All Mine to Give, moves in a reggae- and dancehall-inspired world with themes of peace, community and compassion.
Along with his seven-piece orchestra, Knudsen delivers a cinematic and energetic mix of wall of sound, 1960s psychedelia, soul and baroque pop. The project has involved collaborations with Steffen Westmark (The Blue Van), Karolyn Grimes from It's a Wonderful Life and Vesterbro Ungdomsgård, and has been covered by DR P4, TV 2 Nyhederne and Ud & Se.
