Mozart: Portraits de femmes brings together soprano Hanna-Elisabeth Müller and the ensemble Les Violons du Roy, conducted by Bernard Labadie, for an evening devoted to some of Mozart's most iconic operatic heroines. The programme features arias and excerpts from works including Le nozze di Figaro and La clemenza di Tito.
Hanna-Elisabeth Müller, a celebrated figure at the Vienna Opera, makes her first-ever concert appearance in Canada with this event. Her collaboration with Les Violons du Roy and Bernard Labadie is described as a highly anticipated meeting of exceptional musical talents.
The concert takes place at the Amphithéâtre Fernand-Lindsay in the Ville de Joliette, as part of the Festival de Lanaudière programme. The performance begins at 20:00 and runs approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes including an intermission.
