Authors Emma Holten and Morten Pape come together at Nørrebro Teater for a moderated conversation on what it means to be vulnerable in a society that prizes strength and success. Journalist and radio host Iben Maria Zeuthen leads the discussion.
Drawing on their own lived experiences — including working-class upbringings, mental illness, physical hardship, and social displacement — Holten and Pape examine which lives are seen as valuable and which tend to be overlooked. Their central argument is that vulnerability is not a personal failing but a collective issue that concerns everyone.
