Can I collect my pass a few days prior to the festival?

Where can I collect my festival wristband?

You can collect your pass starting at 5 PM on January 10 and January 11 at the WJF Box Office of any marathon venue.

If I have a 2-day pass, do I need to check in every day?

No! You only need to check in once on January 10. Once you receive your 2-Day wristband, you must keep it on until the end of the marathon.

What do I need to bring to pick up my marathon wristband?

A valid photo ID or the PDF ticket with the barcode from your confirmation email is required from the ticket holder.

If I'm on the guest list, how can I check in?

All guests are required to have a QR code and identification. If you do not have these, please contact the person who added you to the guest list.

I have a one-day pass; can I change it to a different day?

No! Tickets are non-transferable between marathon days.
