Spiritbox is a Canadian heavy metal band from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, formed in 2017 by the husband-and-wife duo Mike Stringer (guitarist) and Courtney LaPlante (vocalist). The band's metal style is difficult to classify, blending a variety of influences and incorporating electronic elements. Their main characteristic is their experimental approach. Spiritbox gained prominence with Billboard-charting singles before releasing their debut album, Eternal Blue, in 2021.
