Zina Daoudia — born Hind — is a Casablanca-native singer, composer and violinist who has built an iconic status in Moroccan popular music from a very young age. Performing under her stage name Daoudia, she commands both raï and Moroccan chaâbi with equal mastery.
One of the very few women to master the traditional vocal form known as 'aita', Zina Daoudia has crafted a singular style that bridges heritage and modernity. Her exceptional vocal range, violin virtuosity and commanding stage presence set her apart as one of the great voices of the Maghreb.
