The Congos

The Congos zijn een Jamaicaans reggae vocaal trio dat vooral bekend staat om hun roots reggae harmonieën en hun klassieke album uit 1977 "Heart of the Congos," geproduceerd door Lee "Scratch" Perry. Hun spirituele, door het Rastafarianism beïnvloede geluid komt tot uiting in nummers zoals "Fisherman" en "Congoman."
