Sadistic Intent is een Amerikaanse death metal band opgericht in 1987, bekend om hun brute en technisch bekwame stijl die geworteld is in vroege death metal tradities. Opmerkelijke werken zijn hun demo "Impending Doom" (1991) en de EP "Ancient Black Earth" (1998).
