Doctor and the Medics was een Britse rockband bekend om hun theatrale glam rock en new wave stijl tijdens de jaren '80. Hun meest bekende werk was hun cover van Norman Greenbaum's "Spirit in the Sky" uit 1986, die de #1 positie behaalde in de UK hitlijsten.
