Joseph "Joe" Bonamassa, born on May 8, 1977, is an American blues-rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He began playing guitar at the age of 4, quickly demonstrating exceptional talent. He got his start by opening for major artists such as Buddy Guy and Foreigner. In 2000, he released his first full solo album, A New Day Yesterday, which featured standout tracks like "Miss You, Hate You." He developed a distinctive sonic identity, and his career continued on a brilliant trajectory with numerous successful albums, including The Ballad of John Henry, which introduced him to an international audience with tracks like "Stop!" With over thirty albums to his name, he has been nominated for three Grammy Awards.
