Festival de Baalbek - (DE)

The International Baalbeck Festival wishes to reaffirm the importance of culture as a catalyst for peace and unity despite the tragic events taking place in the region. With this spirit, it presents "Strings of Baalbeck", an ode to the oud, on Thursday, August 29, 2024 with the participation of oud masters from Lebanon and Palestine: Charbel Rouhana and his sextet will perform the first part of the concert, Trio Joubran will perform the second part. This event of oriental music highlights the dialogue of harmony. Initially planned to take place at the Baalbeck Acropolis, this unique double concert will be hosted by the Caracalla Theater in Horsh Tabet, Beirut, shedding light on the unwavering solidarity between Dance Theatre Baalbeck.
