How do reusable glasses and tableware work?

All reusable cups have a deposit of CHF 1.- Plates, services and other types of tableware are also refundable, at CHF 1.- per item and are available in all stands. The return of the deposit can only be done at the two deposit points located inside the festival.

At what age does my child need a ticket?

For security reasons and to control crowds on the Jeunes-Rives site, Festi’neuch has introduced a ticket at CHF 3.- for children aged 4 to 12. From 13 years old, children must purchase a ticket at the normal price (adult). You may be asked to provide proof of identity when entering the festival. Entry for children under four is free and does not require a ticket.

What items are prohibited within the festival grounds?

A systematic check is carried out at entry. It is strictly forbidden to enter the site with bottles (except water bottles), narcotics and other prohibited substances, weapons or any object considered as such. Cameras, cameras and audio or video recorders are not permitted within the festival. Festival security reserves the right to prohibit any other object or substance.
