MØL, a pioneering Danish blackgaze band, performs at Lille VEGA in Copenhagen on 16 October 2026 in support of their new album DREAMCRUSH, released earlier in 2026 on Nuclear Blast. It follows the acclaimed albums Jord (2019) and Diorama (2021).
DREAMCRUSH has 11 songs and centres on the duality of dreams, contrasting their lightness with the weight of real-life expectations. Loss and grief also feature, but the band stresses that the album is above all about joy and reconciliation.
The band draws on My Bloody Valentine, Cocteau Twins and Smashing Pumpkins. They combine harsh black metal compositions with big alternative hooks and elements of indie pop and shoegaze. GAFFA gave the album five stars and called the band pioneers.
MØL describes its live shows as a space of cleansing and a ritual of confession.
