Le Sapin a des Boules turns a holiday movie into a full-blown Christmas party. The film plays in its French-dubbed version, the one that Quebec audiences know by heart.
Nineteen energetic actors play the Griswold family on stage and recreate the best-loved scenes live, perfectly synced with what is happening on screen.
It is a participatory screening: at certain moments the audience is invited to shout, clap, sing and laugh along. Expect more than 70 costumes, puppets, guests in their best (or ugliest) Christmas sweaters, eggnog and a fully stocked bar.
