Mégan Brouillard brings her show 'Chiendent' to the Amphithéâtre stage at Le Gesù in Montreal on October 24 at 4 PM.
The show starts from a saying of her grandmother's about how fast chiendent (couch grass) grows. As a child she did not know what it meant and wondered whether it was an insult. She later learned it is just an ordinary weed that grows almost everywhere.
She says she often feels like the weed in the pretty flower bed. She has chosen to laugh about it and hopes the audience will join her.
