On October 3, Halle Tropisme in Montpellier hosts a fundraising evening organized by Mektoub in solidarity with Palestine, bringing together music, art and community.
Palestinian singer-songwriter Ahmed Eid takes the stage with a groovy, eclectic and danceable live set. His music explores themes of origin, resistance, hope and freedom. Following his 2024 EP Aghani Akhira, he is currently working on his debut studio album, min ghazzeh la baghdad, min haifa la beirut, due in 2026. He performs alongside Kbira and Azul.
Visual artist Holy Habiba โ tattooist, henna artist, illustrator and Mektoub team member based in Montpellier โ will perform a live painting during the evening. The resulting artwork will be sold to benefit the fundraising collection. Her practice draws on Amazigh patterns, henna and jagua traditions, blending contemporary symbolism with cultural heritage.
Tickets are available via HelloAsso.
