Bach Incognito โ Mr. Bach's Memories is a family concert designed for audiences aged 8 to 88, offering an imaginative journey through the life of Johann Sebastian Bach. A harpsichordist-actor takes on the voice and instrument of the master himself, recounting personal anecdotes, comic episodes, and emotional hardships from Bach's biography.
The performance is above all a concert: well-known works sit alongside lesser-heard pieces, brought to life by a chamber ensemble of harpsichord, violin, flute, and cello. Narrative and music are interwoven throughout, creating a portrait of Bach that is both intimate and gripping.
