Yerai Cortés, a leading voice in modern flamenco, performs a solo concert at the ALICE venue in Copenhagen. The evening is described as intimate and features his expressive, elegant guitar playing.
Born in Alicante, he moved to Madrid at 17 and rose through the city's flamenco scene. He has worked with flamenco masters and with contemporary artists including C. Tangana, Judeline and Floating Points.
His career includes a Latin Grammy nomination, multiple Goya Awards and the documentary La guitarra flamenca de Yerai Cortés (2024), directed by C. Tangana. His latest album, POPULAR (2026), explores a wide range of flamenco styles and variations.
