MINUTE_MAPP 2026 is an open projection mapping platform taking place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Van Horne Skatepark (5855 Saint-Laurent Boulevard) in Montréal's Mile End, as part of the MAPP Festival's 10th anniversary edition.
The event invites artists at all levels — from beginners to experienced mapping practitioners — to submit a 60-second projection mapping work. This year's theme is INTERSECTIONS, exploring the meeting points of disciplines, cultures, and eras on the iconic façade of the former Millions Tapis et Tuiles building overlooking the skatepark.
A distinguished jury will select their favourite work and award a prize, while the event will also be livestreamed online, enabling the public to vote for the People's Choice Award.
First launched in Montréal in 2013, MINUTE_MAPP has grown into a diverse creative platform showcasing artists from a wide range of disciplines, many of whom are experimenting with projection mapping for the first time.
