Kiss Facility is the duo of Irish-Chilean producer Sega Bodega and Emirati-Egyptian vocalist Mayah Alkhateri. Their sound combines shoegaze guitars, floating vocals and Arabic influences, and carries a call for the freedom of Arab women. This ALICE show is their first in Denmark.
Sega Bodega has worked with artists including Björk, FKA twigs, Caroline Polachek, Dorian Electra and Eartheater. In Kiss Facility the live setup is stripped back to guitar and vocals, with Alkhateri's voice recalling the Cocteau Twins.
Ydegirl opens the night, presenting new material that blends R&B and pop with classical instruments, synths and electronic beats.
Doors and show are at 21:00. Tickets are sold through the ALICE ticket page.
