Alessandra Amoroso, born in Galatina on 12 August 1986, is an Italian singer who gained widespread success through her participation in the TV programme Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2009. Throughout her career, she has released numerous hit albums and singles, winning several awards, including eleven SEAT Music Awards for her sales, two MTV Awards, and other recognitions. Alessandra also released a Spanish single, Grito y no Me Escuchas, which became particularly popular in Mexico, and in 2015, she released her first Spanish-language album.
