2025
Since the first edition, Les Solidarités have placed festival-goers with disabilities at the heart of their concerns, doing everything they can to offer a comfortable and accessible party for everyone. As the number of PRM parking spaces is limited, they are reserved primarily for people who have the official PMR parking card. Holders of the European EDC card who do not have mobility problems can access the “Minute Drop-off” located near the entrance to the festival. Free PRM parking, which must be reserved, is provided on the EGGO Cuisines site for festival-goers holding a PMR parking card and festival access tickets. Access to the car park via rue du Fond du Maréchal and rue de l’Artisanat. The reservation form will be open from March 1, 2025. A second PRM car park is planned at the Festival Parking located at the Namur Aerodrome. For PRMs who do not need assistance getting on or off a bus. Same access criteria as the main PRM car park (reservation required). A reception team and volunteers trained to welcome PRMs will be at your disposal. A ticket/bracelet exchange accessible to PRMs is planned to reduce the waiting time to enter the site. The main stage of Place des Arts and that of Stage 2 are equipped with reserved PRM spaces to allow you to benefit from good conditions for concerts. Adapted toilets are provided in common areas and near the reserved area. Generally speaking, the site is made passable for people with reduced mobility (carpets, cable passages, etc.). A signed singing performance is planned during concerts: artists to be confirmed.
At the cashless checkout, at the entrance to the festival. This card can be loaded with the desired amount via bank card or with cash. It remains valid for the duration of the festival. The cashless card is not obligatory: it is an additional means of payment alongside the others. (Please note, 2024 cards cannot be used in 2025) Activation fee: €0.50/card which will be deducted upon first loading. All our prices are clear and in euros: no fictitious currency.
We have been working for several months with all the relevant services to ensure the security of the event while maintaining maximum conviviality. Festival-goers are therefore asked to respect the following instructions. Prohibited on the site: Bags over 15L / 45cm (bags will be checked). Note that without a bag, your entry to the site will be faster); Parasols, umbrellas and flags; Animals (with the exception of guide dogs for visually impaired people with a card and the dog with its bib); Dangerous, sharp or blunt weapons and objects, as well as any object likely to serve as a projectile (balloons, helmets, etc.); Dangerous products: pyrotechnic articles, explosive materials, aerosols, lasers, perfume bottles; Fridge boxes, cans and glass jars; only snacks packaged in packaging will be allowed on the site! Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, skate boards; Sound instruments: megaphones, fog horns, vuvuzelas; Selfie sticks, gopros and drones; Professional audio and/or video recording devices; Plastic stools, ladders, stepladders or step stools or folding camping chairs; Professional cameras (all devices with a detachable lens); Glass or plastic bottles, cans, bowls; only empty bottles are allowed on the site. You can fill these containers for free at the multiple water fountains available inside the festival. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: cups from other events/festivals cannot be returned or exchanged and are therefore UNUSABLE in our bars. They have the status of “gourd” and are used for example in water fountains. It is important to note that all entries will be subject to controls. All bags will also be checked. The site will be completely closed and permanently monitored. Inside the new site, several security devices will be deployed but as discreetly as possible so as not to harm the comfort of festival-goers. Like every year, the organization expects many families and ensures that the atmosphere of Solidarités remains friendly, calm, serene and relaxed.
